A focused look at the agents and workflows you have in flight, the risks that need attention first, and the one workflow most worth taking through a deeper review.
This is a prioritization sprint, not a compressed version of the full review. It is scoped to what two business days can honestly produce: an inventory based on agreed evidence, a priority risk and gap list, and a recommendation of which workflow most warrants the full Production Readiness Review. It does not claim a complete program audit or a defensible conclusion about every workflow.
When to use it
- Before deciding which AI agent or workflow — if any — is the right next candidate for the full Production Readiness Review.
- When you need a practical priority decision quickly, not a comprehensive audit trail.
- Early in a program, to catch obvious authority, data, or failure-handling problems across deployments before they get expensive to unwind.
- When budget or timeline cannot yet support the full review, but a grounded next-step decision is still needed.
What you get
Program-level snapshot
What AI agents and workflows exist across your organization, and in broad strokes what they can access and do — the landscape as built or in flight, not a full authority map for any one of them.
Prioritized risk and gap list
The issues most likely to matter across the program, ranked, with enough context to know what each one is and why it's on the list.
Priority decision
A recommendation of which workflow, if any, most warrants the full deep review next, with the reasoning and limits of that recommendation.
What it is not
The sprint does not include a full authority and control map, threat and failure register, or remediation plan for any single workflow. Those are what the AI Agent Production Readiness Review produces for the workflow identified as the priority, and they take the full ten-day engagement to do properly. Two days is enough to establish a useful inventory and priority decision. It is not enough to trace every delegation path or leave a defensible evidence trail for every workflow.
Scope and commercial model
The sprint is fixed-scope and takes two business days once the evidence and participants are available. It is not a certification or compliance attestation. Delegated Trust is an independent practice and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Salesforce. A very large or highly complex AI agent program, evidence gaps that require longer discovery, implementation, penetration testing, and legal advice require separate scope, typically the full Production Readiness Review for the workflow identified as priority.
The sprint can use diagrams, walkthroughs, configuration excerpts, and representative evidence. Production access, write access, customer data, and source code are not assumed.
Founding pilot

Two founding pilot slots are available for the sprint. Each slot is one client, one agreed evidence set, and one prioritization decision. These slots are separate from the two founding pilot slots for the full Production Readiness Review.
- Fixed fee of $6,500 USD.
- Two business days once the evidence and participants are available.

- No per-workflow authority and control map, threat and failure register, remediation plan, implementation, penetration test, certification, or unlimited follow-up — the full review covers those for the workflow identified as priority.
After the sprint
The recommendation identifies the next sensible decision: maintain the current plan with the gaps noted, or take one workflow through the full AI Agent Production Readiness Review (starting at $20,000). There is no obligation to move to the full review, and the sprint fee does not carry forward as a credit unless agreed in writing.
